From booking to pickup
How does a porta potty rental work?
A Nashville porta potty rental takes 5 steps and about 3 minutes on the phone. You give us the ZIP, dates and headcount. We quote every charge, deliver on your date, service the unit weekly if it stays, and pick it up when you call. Event rentals drop Thursday or Friday and leave Monday.
The extra weekend days cost nothing. Long-term rentals bill every 28 days until you request pickup, and billing stops the day you ask. Full details live in our rental terms.
- Call or send the short form. Share your ZIP, delivery date, unit type and how many people will use it.
- Get an itemized quote. Unit, delivery and pickup, any same-day rush fee, extra service and tax, written out by text or email.
- Mark the spot. Set a cone or flag on firm, level ground and text us a photo. Nobody needs to be home.
- We deliver and place it. The driver calls about 30 minutes out, sets the unit level and checks the door latch.
- Service, then pickup. Weekly pump-out and restock on long rentals. Call or text when you're done and we haul it away.

What does a clean porta potty look like when it arrives?
Every Jordan Rental Works unit leaves the Nashville yard pumped, scrubbed and sanitized, with fresh blue deodorizer and 2 or more rolls of toilet paper. Standard units also carry a hand sanitizer dispenser. Units on long rentals get the same clean every week on a set route day.
- Toilet seat, urinal and vent stack to pull odor up and out
- Interior latch with an "occupied" indicator
- Translucent roof, so it's light inside without power
- Sink units carry soap and paper towels; flushing units add a mirror

Nashville porta potty rental questions
These are the questions Nashville renters ask most before they book. For unit-specific answers, see each service page or the full porta potty rental FAQ.
How much does a porta potty rental cost in Nashville?
A standard event unit for a Thursday or Friday to Monday rental typically runs $175–$275 with delivery and pickup included, before tax. A long-term job-site unit typically runs $150–$225 per 28 days with weekly service, plus a one-time delivery and pickup charge. Your itemized quote is the final price. See the full pricing guide.
Can I get a porta potty delivered today in Nashville?
Same-day delivery works across our service area when you call (615) 237-6088 by 12 noon. A same-day rush fee may apply, and the quote shows it before you pay. Phone is the fastest route for same-day orders.
Do I need to be home when the porta potty is delivered?
Nobody needs to be there if the spot is marked and the path is clear. Set a cone or flag where the unit should go and text us a photo. The driver calls about 30 minutes before arrival in case anything changed.
Do you deliver porta potties on weekends?
Weekend events get their units on Thursday or Friday, and we pick up Monday. Those extra days are free. Saturday delivery is possible by request when a Friday drop won't work for the site.
How long can I keep a rented porta potty?
A long-term rental can stay as long as the job runs. It bills in 28-day cycles with weekly service included, and the cycle renews until you call or text for pickup. Billing stops on the day you request pickup.
Will the truck tear up my yard or driveway?
Our trucks stay on pavement or gravel and the driver moves the unit into place on a dolly. The unit needs firm, level ground within about 15 feet of where the truck can park, or a clear path at least 48 inches wide.
Do I need a permit for a porta potty in Nashville?
A unit on your own private property usually needs no permit. Placing one on a street, sidewalk or other public right-of-way, or using units for a public event, can require Metro approval. Our Nashville permit guide lists the offices to confirm with.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment is by card when you book: Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover. Approved business accounts can get net-30 invoices. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before delivery; inside 48 hours the delivery fee is kept.
