What we collect through this site, why, and how to have it removed.

What information does this site collect?
The quote form collects 7 items: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery date, pickup date, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. We collect nothing else through forms. If you call or email, we keep the details you share to quote and schedule your rental.
How is form data handled?
Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our business email. We use the information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service and bill your rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
This site sets no advertising cookies. A small script records anonymous clicks on the call and quote buttons so we can see which pages help visitors. Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page may receive your IP address when they load.
How long do you keep records, and how can you remove yours?
Rental records, invoices and payment receipts are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Quote requests that never become rentals are deleted within 12 months. To see, correct or delete your information, email info@portapottyrentnashville.com or call (615) 237-6088.
How are card payments protected?
Card details are taken by phone or through a secure payment link and processed by our payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on this website or in form emails. Please never type a card number into the quote form; dispatch will collect payment safely when you book.
