About Jordan Rental Works
A Nashville-owned restroom rental company that quotes every charge up front and answers its own phone.
Who runs Jordan Rental Works?
Jordan Rental Works is owned and run by Jordan from a yard at 105 Murphy Ct in Nashville. Jordan handles dispatch, delivery routes and service schedules, so the person who quotes your rental also plans your truck. We rent porta potties, hand washing stations and restroom trailers across 8 Middle Tennessee counties.
We started the business to fix what renters complain about most: surprise fees, vague delivery windows and dirty units. So every quote is itemized, the driver calls ahead, and units leave the yard sanitized.
How do we run each rental?
Every rental follows the same 4 rules. Quote every charge in writing before payment. Deliver on the agreed date, same day when you call by noon. Service long-term units weekly on a set route day. Stop billing the day you ask for pickup.
- Locally owned and dispatched from Nashville, not routed through an out-of-state call center
- Real fleet photos on this site, never stock images
- Plain rental terms you can read before booking: rental terms & cancellation
- OSHA and accessibility guidance with links to the official rules
