Hermitage details that change how we deliver
Andrew Jackson's Hermitage covers about 1,120 acres at 4580 Rachel's Lane. Its grounds and Tulip Grove lawn host large tented private events. If your planner asks for extra restrooms on the lawn, the venue sets the rules. Check with them first, then send us the approved spot.

The Corps runs most of the lake
J. Percy Priest Lake is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Most recreation areas, like Seven Points, are Corps sites. Long Hunter State Park and Nashville Shores are run by others. Ask the land manager before placing a unit on lake property.

The Stones River separates Hermitage from Donelson. Its bottomlands are known as Clover Bottom, and Percy Priest Dam holds back the lake upstream. Low ground near the river stays wet after storms, so we set units on firm, high spots.

Hermitage had about 37,800 residents in 2016. I-40, US 70 and State Route 45 carry most traffic. Subdivisions spread out from those roads, so the last mile to your street can take longer than the highway. Ask for a delivery window that fits your crew.

Hermitage events lean toward deluxe flushing units and restroom trailers for tented receptions. Lake cookouts need standard units plus a hand wash station placed on flat, high ground. Home repair and subdivision crews do well with one standard unit per 10 workers on weekly service.
tented wedding reception on a big lawn
A couple hosts 200 guests for five hours with a bar under a tent. The math gives five units, plus two for alcohol. They choose a 2-station restroom trailer, four deluxe flushing units, one wheelchair-accessible unit and two hand wash stations.
lake-house cookout
A family hosts 50 guests for six hours at a home near Percy Priest Lake. Two standard units and a hand wash station go at the top of the driveway, away from the slope to the water. We drop Thursday and pick up Monday.
roof and siding crew
A crew of six re-roofs and re-sides a house in Hermitage Hills over three weeks. One standard unit sits at the end of the driveway. Weekly service is included, and billing stops the day the builder asks for pickup.

Hermitage porta potty rental questions
Can you deliver to a house on a slope near Percy Priest Lake?
Units need fairly level ground. The driver will look for the flattest spot near your driveway, away from the slope to the water. Text a photo of the area before delivery. We avoid soft ground after heavy rain.
How many units for a 200-guest tented wedding?
Two hundred guests for five hours is 1,000 guest-hours, or five units. With a bar, add two more for seven. At least one should be wheelchair-accessible. A 2-station restroom trailer can stand in for two of the units.
Do you deliver on Saturday for a Saturday event?
Weekend event units usually come Thursday or Friday and leave Monday, at no extra cost. Saturday delivery is possible by request. Ask when you book so we can plan the route.
Is the delivery fee charged again each month on a long job?
Long-term rentals have a one-time delivery and pickup charge. The 28-day rental renews until you call for pickup. Weekly service is included. Your quote shows each line, so you know what the first and later cycles cost.
